Ms Varela received her J.D. from the Law and Social Sciences School of the National University of Córdoba in 1997. She mastered in Corporate Law in Empresarial Siglo 21 University (2000 – 2001), and specializes in Labor and Insurance Law.
She started her professional activity working for the firm Bossi-Vezzaro & Asociados, where she held the post of Counselor Junior in charge of labor, civil, and commercial matters.
Then, Ms Varela joined the firm SAF S.A. -Servicio de Almacén Fiscal S.A. (Fiscal Warehouse Service) - as responsible for the internal law department until June 2000. She was in charge of corporate legal assistance, contractual counseling defenses, and tender processes and defenses before the Dirección General de Aduanas (Customs).
In the year 2001, Ms Varela joined the firm Gatica & Chasseing – Abogados focusing on Business and Insurance Law. Currently, she is responsible for providing counseling in corporative matters, and the Insurance Area.
