Born on February 15th, 1961 in Buenos Aires -Argentina - he received his J. D. from the National University of Buenos Aires Law and Social Sciences School in 1985. He specializes in Corporate Law.
Marcelo Chasseing started to work in 1980 in the city of Buenos Aires as a reporter of the Special Court of the First Instance of Civil and Commercial Jurisdiction. In 1986, he resigned to move to the city of Córdoba to start working privately.
In 1988, he joined the Legal Department of the Arcor Group where he served the Civil and Commercial Department of which, after a short time, became responsible.
In 2001 he founded Gatica & Chasseing – Abogados.
He has lead a great number of acquisitions; companies' stock and asset sale in the country as well as abroad, developing a broad experience in the corporative counseling, including the commercial, financial, and service areas. He has also taken part in national and international arbitrations, as well as in judicial processes of high specialization.
He is a member and counselor of many institutes, foundations and non-governmental organizations.
