Mr. Monferrán joined the law firm Gatica & Chasseing - Abogados in 2001, and received his J.D. from the National University of Córdoba, Law and Social Sciences School in 2004. He mastered in Corporation Law at the University Austral (Buenos Aires).
He has participated in several acquisition processes and selling of companies’ assets and shares, and has gained a great deal of experience in partnership counseling. Mr. Monferrán is currently responsible for the Partnership and Tax Areas.
