He received his J.D. from the National University of Litoral Law School in 1981, specializing in Company, Agricultural and Partnership Law.
In 1982, Horacio Juan Beltramo started counseling the companies of the LIA Group even after they were acquired by GRUPO ARCOR in 1997.
From 1982 to 1992 Mr. Beltramo worked as legal counselor for the Grain Storage Society of the Province of Córdoba. He also legally counseled and run litigation on behalf of companies of cattle, Grain Storage and agro producers.
He has also cooperated in processes of acquisitions; companies' stock and asset sale in commercial, industrial and agro companies; in mergers of industrial and commercial partnerships, as well as in inheritance processes of different kinds and economic significance.
Since 2001, Mr. Beltramo has worked as counselor in the law firm Gatica & Chasseing - Abogados.
