Born on October 23rd, 1954 in Córdoba - Argentina - he received his J.D. from the National University of Córdoba in 1978.
Mr. Gatica started to work in 1977 in the jurisdiction of Labor Matters in the city of Córdoba, serving in the Conciliation Court, Chamber of Work, and in the Labor Court of the Superior Tribunal of Justice until 1981, when he resigned to start working independently.
In 1983, he started to work for Arcor and since then has held the position of attorney responsible for the Labor and Employment Area for all the companies of the Group. His performance also includes other legal disciplines.
In 2001 he founded Gatica & Chasseing – Abogados, specializing in Labor Law and Social Security.
He actively participates in collective bargaining; has lead processes of companies' stock and asset sale, including due diligence and contractual counseling. He has a broad experience in the judicial defense of conflict of high specialization, as in the administration of important trials.
He participates as an active member of the Labor Department and Social Policy of the Industrial Union of Córdoba, and of other business organizations.He actively participates in collective bargaining; has lead processes of companies' stock and asset sale, including due diligence and contractual counseling.
